Thanks for the very interesting posts. 
I&#039;m fascinated with the subtle, intangible nature of an organisation&#039;s culture and its influence on operations, and have been looking into techniques that could be used in it&#039;s rationalisation.

I&#039;ve just written a paper on how we could measure an organisation&#039;s culture - and (more interestingly I think) how we can adapt our leadership approaches to acknowledge said culture - and change it if necessary. 

I&#039;d love to know what you think. The paper is here:
